Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Lucy & Mei item for whatever reason, we will refund, credit, or exchange the item within 30 days of your puchase.  Items must be unworn, with original packaging including any tags. Clearance Items, shipping charges and gift-wrapping are non-refundable.  Please Contact Us with the reason you are sending an item back. Cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
