Orders & Shipping Policies

We are glad to assist you with any questions you have regarding the order and shipping process.  Please use this Contact Us link to leave a message and your phone number (if you'd like us to contact you over the phone).  You may also call us (818) 416-3903.  We will call you back ASAP!    If you would rather place your order over the phone, we would be happy to do that for you, however, the order will still be processed online through Paypal. All customer credit card information is completed on secure (see Security/Privacy). 

We do our best to process orders immediately.  Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.  Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  We are a US based company on Pacific Standard Time.  If any delays are evident we will contact you by email or phone. 

Lucy & Mei is not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered to the shipping address on the order.

All orders placed that are placed from and shipped to a  California address will be taxed 9.75%.  Shipments to addresses outside of California will not be charged a sales tax as required by law.

*Additional INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Fees may be applied after the order is processed and weighed. An invoice will be sent and package will be mailed when reciept of payment has been recieved.  Sales are final. NO returns on international sales.

International Customers are responsible  to pay all VAT, Taxes, Duties, Customs and any other fees applied to the package being delivered.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Lucy & Mei item for whatever reason, we will refund, credit, or exchange the item within 30 days of your puchase.  Shipping charges and gift-wrapping are non-refundable.  Clearnance Items are non-refundable.  In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please see Returns and Exhcanges for details.

Packaging and Gift Wrap

We take our global citizenship seriously and seek to reduce, reuse, and recycle.  Orders are sent wrapped in recycled tissue sealed with a Lucy & Mei butterfly sticker, and packaged in biodegradable poly envelopes .  Gift wrapped items are wrapped with recycled paper, ribbon, and boxes (when possible).
